Tippsy’s gift card is sent electronically to your email. If your gift card is lost or non-functional, please provide proof of purchase to our Tippsy Support Team by sending an electronic receipt, which is emailed to your address on file. Please note that no other personal information has to be shown aside from the Tippsy charge. We may issue a replacement for the balance shown in our records, pending our sole discretion. Tippsy is not responsible for gift cards that are lost or used.
